Two Fijian players named in Suzuki Wailers squad

Two Fijian players Manueli Lagai and Ilisoni Tavaiqia have been named in the Suzuki Wailers squad for International Invitational at the Dubai Sevens next week.

The Wailers have fallen short, losing in the final for each of the past three years to Samurai International who named their star studded squad themselves last week.

The Wailers last outing was in Nairobi at the Safaricom Sevens where they struggled and did not make it out of the group, but has been assembled for a tilt at the title in the desert this season.

Other well-known players in the side include former England playmaker Ollie Phillips and Neil Maritz.

The tournament will be held next week alongside the IRB Dubai Sevens.
