Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s team halfback Jerry Tuwai just needs to score two more tries in the Cape Town 7s to reach 100 World 7s Series tries.
According to World Rugby statistics, Tuwai has scored 98 tries in 216 matches for the Fiji 7s team.
He has also scored a total of 494 points in the series.
Tuwai has also received one yellow card so far.
The former Fiji 7s team captain who dislocated his finger in the Dubai 7s Cup quarterfinal against USA where they lost 24‑14 has been cleared to play this weekend.
The other players are also fighting fit and are ready to go this weekend.
Fiji will take on France in their first pool match at 9.59pm this Saturday.
They will take on Kenya at 1.20am Sunday and then play their last pool match against England at 5.03am Sunday.
The Cup quarterfinals will start at 11.04pm Sunday, semifinals will start at 3.34am Monday and the Cup Final will be played at 6.44am Monday.
