The side defeated King 7s Select 7‑0 in a close contest in Sigatoka after knocking out defending champions Lelean Memorial School 12‑0 in their semifinal match.
Tuva vice‑captain Imanueli Bari was awarded the Lote Tuqiri Player of the Tournament Medal for his strong performances across the two days.
Tuva Youth Manager Sitiveni Kunaika Junior says the key message throughout the tournament was for all players to trust each other out on the field.
With no score on the board at the break, the second half became an intense encounter resulting in a yellow card for a high tackle just seconds before the final siren sounded.
Bright Tours Natabua defeated Davetalevu 12‑5 in the Shield Final while Nadroga Academy took out the Bowl with a 24‑12 win over AFL Davuilevu Knights.
The Plate Final was a close contest between Uprising and Nadi with the Nadi boys taking the win 12‑5 in the end.
Meanwhile, the Mana Whey Fiji Coral Coast 7s has kicked off at Lawaqa Park with McDonalds Saunaka taking on Yamacia in the first game of Pool D.
Following this match, Wardens play Naviti Ratu Filise at 8.18 this morning and Shangri‑La Daveta battle with the Uprising 7s team.
Army plays Outrigger at 8.54am and visiting team Germany will play First Light Taveuni at 9.12am.
Meanwhile, Hong Kong play Coastline Roos at 9.30am while Uluinakau take on Crows Nest Yasawa at 9.48 this morning.
