Former All Blacks winger Julian Savea has been told to leave his French club Toulon and go back to his homeland.
This has been reveled in a report saying that this was told to Savea by Toulon President Mourad Boudjellal.
This follows Savea’s performance in Toulon’s 19‑10 loss to Agen in their Top 14 encounter over the weenkend.
Boudjellal told RMC Sport that if he were to be Savea, he would apologize and go back to his home country.
Boudjellal said he informed the 2015 Rugby World Cup winner that his services are not required at the club anymore and was not welcome at Toulon anymore.
Toulon’s defeat was their 10th of the season from 16 matches and they are currently in eleventh spot in the Top 14 standings.
