Ratu Filise coach Etika Tovilevu believes this is their year to win the Mana Whey Fiji Coral Coast 7s after falling short in the finals in the last few years.
Ratu Filise has always been the crowd favorite in the previous years with their unique talent and entertaining way of play.
This year, their captain Leveni Tani the younger brother of former Fiji Bati player Alipate Tani has added a big boost to their side after a short stint in Australia last year.
Tovilevu says they respect all the teams in the competition and are looking forward to a great tournament.
Ratu Filise is pooled with Tovolea, McDonalds Saunaka and Hong Kong.
The Mana Whey Fiji Coral Coast 7s kicks off tomorrow with the Under 19 competition, followed by the Women’s Crest Na Iri Trophy competition on Wednesday and Thursday while the Men’s competition will be held on Friday and Saturday at Lawaqa Park.
