The quarterfinal match between Makoi and Labasa stopped due to current weather conditions

The quarterfinal match of the 60th Sanatan Convention Soccer tournament between Makoi and Labasa has been stopped due to the current weather conditions.

In other quarterfinal matches that will be played Suva will face Navua, Lautoka will take on Nasinu while Wairabetia will meet on Ulusila.

In matches earlier today:

Labasa thrashed Ba 3-1 in the open grade of the tournament. Representing Labasa are district reps, Ravinesh Karan Singh and Anish Khem.

Meanwhile, defending champions Suva defeated Nabua 2-0. Playing for Suva are district reps Nathan Kumar, Ivan Kumar and Cedric Dutt.

Makoi defeated Nadi 2-0, Navua won the match against Drasa 3-1, Nasinu defeated Rewa 1-0, Lautoka beat Cuvu 1-0, Wairabetia defeated Korovuto 1-0 while underdogs Ulusila thrashed Dreketi 3-1.

For the veterans, Makoi thrashed Navua 5-1 while the match Suva and Tuva drew nil-all.
