Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s coach Gareth Baber highlighted that the best way to mould rugby players in training is to put them under pressure.
In an interview with Fijivillage Baber highlighted Terio Tamani who is one of those players who handles pressure well has developed a lot in the national squad.

The national coach will from today till Saturday watch from the bench at the McDonald’s Fiji Coral Coast 7s hoping that he will be impressed.
The Coral Coast 7's will be a hunting ground for new players for the national team and players will need to give it their all, if they want to grab Baber’s attention.
Baber who continues to be wowed by Tamani’s ability says that Tamani will now need to focus on kickoffs and build on accuracy, quality and building a relationship with the chasers.
The national team to Hamilton will be named early next week.
Fiji will take on Wales in their first match of the Hamilton 7s at 10.52am next Saturday, they will then face Argentina at 2.42pm and will take on Australia at 6.52pm in their last pool game next Saturday.
The Cup quarters will start at 10.36am next Sunday, the semi finals will kick off at 3.16pm and the final will start at 7.10pm next Sunday.
