WBF Asia Pacific super lightweight champion Sebastian Singh, “the Sniper” lost through a technical knockout against New Zealand's No 1‑ranked welterweight boxer, Bowyn Morgan in the welterweight contest.
Singh wass floored after Bowyn Morgan midway through the third round after a relentless barrage of combination punches by Morgan.
Singh beat the ten count and was stunned when the referee stepped in to stop the fight and called it a Technical Knock Out win for Bowyn Morgan.
Singh says he was disappointed with the referee’s decision.
Morgan now has a record of 19 wins of which 9 have come through knockouts. He has only lost once.
Singh now has a record of eleven wins of which 7 have come through knockouts, 3 losses and a draw.
