Brisbane Broncos enforcer Tevita Pangai Junior is facing up to three months on the sideline with a finger injury that is now worse than first thought.
Pangai Junior broke his finger in Brisbane's 24‑22 win over the Gold Coast Titans in Round 7, only lasting a matter of minutes before suffering the injury.
Initially thought to only be a three‑to‑four week injury, scans today have revealed the worst‑case scenario for the young forward.
The Broncos will face the Rabbitohs at 8.50pm Friday, while the Raiders will take on the Sea Eagles at 7pm.
