Former New Zealand 7s captain, Karl Te Nana believes that the right structure has made the Vodafone Fiji 7s team the best team in the world.
Te Nana who now travels around the world as a World Sevens Series Commentator says Fiji’s structure has been similar to New Zealand.
Te Nana adds that the World Sevens Series has changed over the years.
The Wellington 7's kicks off at 10am this Saturday with the Wales and Russia match.
Fiji will play Australia in their first pool match at 10.46am Saturday before facing Japan at 2.10pm while Fiji’s last pool match will be against South Africa at 6.18pm.
The medal quarterfinals will begin at 11.38am Sunday while the semifinals will begin at 4.16pm.
The medal final will be held at 7.30pm Sunday.
The team departs for Wellington this afternoon.
