Tanivula expected to name a strong team for Oceania 7s

Telecom Fijiana 7s Coach Iliesa Tanivula is expected to name a strong team next week for the 2016 Oceania 7s.

The team is back in camp this week and they have been going through an intensive training program.

Tanivula says that for the past three weeks, they have been working on bringing the girls back into their 7s fitness following the long break after Rio.

The Oceania 7s will be held at the ANZ Stadium in Suva on the 11th and 12th of November and the Telecom Fijiana team is currently ranked second to Australia in the Oceania region.

Other teams that will participate in the competition are Olympic gold medalist Australia, Samoa, PNG, Cook Islands, Tonga and the Solomon Islands.
