Tabakaucoro to play in his first local 7's tournament this week

Banuve Tabakaucoro will be playing his first local 7's tournament this week at the Nakelo 7s tournament.

He will feature for the Silverwater Barbarians.

Silverwater Barbarians Manager, Frank Hamagushi says everyone is excited and are waiting to see Pacific’s fastest man run out in a local tournament.

Hamagushi adds they are currently training at the Nakasi High School Grounds.

Meanwhile Nakelo 7s Organizer Emosi Boila says the tournament will kick off at 10am tomorrow at the Nakelo District School Ground with 24 teams participating in the competition.

Other teams that are participating in the tournament include Police Blue, Police White, QVS Old Boys, Army, Uluinakau and Tabadamu.

He adds the winner of the tournament will walk away with $3,000
