Pacific sprint King Banuve Tabakaucoro was in top form when he took part in the Shop N Save Athleticss Fiji weekend competition this afternoon.
Tabakaucoro took part in the men’s 4x100 metres and 4x400 metres relay.
With a relay team consisting of Eugene Vollmer, Aaron Powell and Frances Kirikirikula, Tabakaucoro brought home the baton to finish in first place with a time of 42.35 seconds.
Tabakaucoro also helped his 4x400 metres relay team consisting of Ratu Tira Narara, Batinisavu Uluiyata and Anasa Kaito to finish in first place.
Batinisavu Uluiyata also ran a time of 22.62 seconds this afternoon to claim first place in the Mens 200 metres open of the Shop N Save Athletics Fiji weekend competition.
In second place was Aaron Powell while Albert Miller Jnr finished third.
In the Women’s 200 metres Open, Sisilia Seavula finished in first place with time of 25.62 seconds.
Alaiwalu Rayawa was second and third was Elenani Tinai.
