Tabadamu Blues are the new champions of the Yavusa Solia Trust Waimanu 7s after defeating Waimanu Green 31‑0 in the final.

Tabadamu Blues dominated the whole match and was leading 12‑0 at halftime.

Josefa Talacolo of Tabadamu blues was awarded the best player of the final.

In other finals, Wardens defeated Tabadamu Reds 19‑12 in the plate final, Samurai Baracudas defeated Army LFC in the bowl final while Veivueti Nakelo defeated Waimanu Gold 32‑5 in the bowl final.

Tabadamu Blues received $5,000 as the winners of the 2019 Yavusa Solia Trust Waimanu 7s.
