The Suva soccer team held Vodafone Fiji Fact champions Labasa to a nil-all draw in a thrilling Rewa Galaxy Premier League match at Subrail Park today.
The Labasa strikers missed a lot of scoring opportunities.
Coach Bal Sanju Reddy believes the players were quite casual in the match.
He says maybe the celebration mood took the toll on the players.
Suva Soccer president, Mahen Prasad says they missed the services of their striker Napolioni Qasevakatini who got injured while training with Under 23 team.
He says their defender Dave Radrigai could not play this match as he copped a red card in the earlier match.
Prasad says captain Pita Rabo commanded the game as coach Gurjeet Singh returns from USA next week.
In today's matches, the Men in Black will host Tailevu Naitasiri at 3pm while Nadi will take on Nadroga at Prince Charles Park at 3pm.
Meanwhile, Ba and Lautoka played to a 3-all draw while Rewa beat Tailevu Naitasiri 1-0.
