Suva coach expects tough competition at home

Suva soccer coach Gurjit Singh said one of the things he will tell his players today is that Suva has not been able to win the prestigious Courts IDC trophy at the ANZ stadium for the last 31 years.

The Capital City side last won the IDC at the ANZ stadium in 1983 when Aisea Mocelutu scored the winning goal against Ba.

Singh said they will face tough competition at home.

Suva last won the IDC in 2012 after the side beat Ba 1-0 at Govind Park.
