Suva beats Ba, tops points table

Suva has beaten Ba 1-0 in their top of the table clash in the National Soccer League at the ANZ Stadium.

Sakaria Naisua scored the lone goal for Suva.

In other matches, Labasa lost at home to Lautoka 2-1.

The Babasiga Lions were leading 1-0 when Christopher Wasasala scored however Justine Edwin equalised before Alvin Avinesh scored the winning goal for Lautoka in the second half.

Rewa defeated Nadi 3-1 while Navua drew nil-all with Nadroga.

Suva continues to lead the points table with 21 points as Ba follow with 16 points.
