The Suva Grammar School Under 18 rugby team is expecting Cuvu College to display similar attributes of play as the Nadroga rugby team in their Coke Zero Deans quarterfinal clash this Saturday.
Suva Grammar coach Meli Baleidrokadroka believes Cuvu College has some of their players in the Nadroga development academy and they will come out firing this weekend with their supporters.
Baleidrokadroka says Grammar still has some areas to improve on after their loss to Nasinu Secondary School in the Southern Zone final.
Suva Grammar has made the Deans final five times and has won twice back in 2000 and 2005. They shared the trophy with Ratu Kadavulevu School in 2005.
Baleidrokadroka is calling on all Grammarians to come out in numbers to support their team this Saturday as Grammar will be fielding five grades in the national quarters.
The Suva Grammar School Under 18 side will take on Cuvu College at 12.20pm at the ANZ Stadium.
In other Under 18 quarter final matches, Saint John’s College will take on Nasinu Secondary School at 10.50am, Marist Brothers High School will take on Ratu Kadavulevu School at 3pm while Ratu Navula College will face the defending champion Queen Victoria School at 5pm.
