At the end of round 19 of the Super Rugby Competition, the quarterfinal hosts have been confirmed.

Four of the five New Zealand sides will take part in this year's Super Rugby quarter‑finals, defending champions, the Crusaders will host the Sharks, the Lions host the Jaguares in their quarterfinal, the Waratahs will host the Highlanders while the Hurricanes host the Chiefs in Wellington.

In the matches played this morning, the Lions clinched top spot in the South African Conference, and second on the overall Super Rugby table, after a rampant 38‑12 bonus‑point victory over the Bulls, the Sharks defeated the Jaguares 20‑10.

Last night, Fiji Born winger, Waisake Naholo scored a brilliant try and made a try saving tackle to help the Highlanders beat the Rebels 43‑37 while the Crusaders enhanced their Super Rugby favouritism with an effortless 54‑17 win over the Blues in their final‑round match.

The Brumbies beat the NSW Waratahs 40‑31 at Allianz Stadium, falling short of the bonus‑point they craved for a finals berth.

Meanwhile the Crusaders lead the overall points table with 63 points, the Lions are in second place with 46 points, the Waratahs are in third place with 44 points while the Hurricanes are fourth with 51 points.

The Hurricanes take on the Chiefs, at 7.35pm Friday, Crusaders will meet the Sharks at 7.35pm Saturday, the Waratahs face the Highlanders at 10.05pm Saturday, while the Lions meet the Jaguares at 1.05am Sunday.
