Melbourne Storm have returned to the top of the table after holding on for a narrow 14‑6 win over the South Sydney Rabbitohs last night.
The Storm dominated first‑half proceedings to establish a 10‑6 half‑time lead, before they sealed the result five minutes from full‑time when Suliasi Vunivalu barraged his way over the try‑line.
Meanwhile the Roosters beat the Bulldogs 24-18 and the Panthers beat the Knights 30-20.
In other matches, the Sea Eagles beat the Titans 30‑10 while the Raiders defeated the Eels 22-16.
