Brumbies winger Henry Speight has been replaced by Western Force player Nick Cummins in the Wallabies squad.
Speight withdrew on compassionate leave and has travelled to Fiji following the death of his grandfather.
He was suspended for the Wallabies first two games of the Rugby Championship after his red card and suspension following a dangerous tackle against the Stormers.
The Wallabies will take on South Africa in Brisbane next Saturday.
Meanwhile the All Blacks will take on Samoa at 2pm Wednesday in Apia.
