Australian Kangaroos captain Cameron Smith says he is happy for the Fijian players that have made a name for themselves in the NRL.
The 2017 Dally M Award winner has played with Fijian players such as Petero Civoniceva, Sisa Waqa, Marika Koroibete and Suliasi Vunivalu in his career.
He believes the Tri‑Nations games against Fiji and the PNG Kumuls provides them an opportunity to get some work done together as a team as they have some new players in the team.
The Australian Kangaroos have some of the biggest names in the NRL with the likes of Billy Slater, Cooper Cronk, James Maloney, Matt Gillet, David Klemmer and Boyd Cordner.
The Tri‑Nations Series starts at 5.30pm tomorrow with the Vodafone Fiji Bati taking on the PNG Kumuls, the Kangaroos will face the Kumuls in the second game before the Bati take on the Kangaroos in the last game. Each game will be played for 40 minutes.
