Hurricanes captain Brad Shields believes that the Chiefs will not back down when they face off this weekend in Wellington.

The Hurricanes were bullied two weeks ago and were almost beaten by the Sharks the next week.

Shields says the Chiefs are a type of team that likes to in the dark places which could bring disaster to their game plan.

The Chiefs had won both encounters with the Hurricanes last year, on the back of taking them on physically and verbally.

The Hurricanes will host the Chiefs at 7.35pm tomorrow.
