Fiji Airways Drua coach Senirusi Seruvakula believes the NSW Country Eagles will bring in their best team ahead of this Saturday’s National Rugby Championship clash at Lawaqa Park.
Seruvakula says as the team focus on strengthening their defence, they will not underestimate the Country Eagles who finished as runners up last year.
With the Drua also hosting last year’s winner, the Perth Spirit next weekend, Seruvakula believes this will be a good opportunity for the local fans to support the team as they go through two tough games.
Seruvakula was happy that there was no card shown against the Melbourne Rising last weekend as they continue to work on their discipline.
In Round One, Brisbane City scored two tries right after two Drua players were yellow carded.
Meanwhile the Country Eagles will arrive into the country tomorrow and will have their captains run at Lawaqa Park tomorrow afternoon.
The Drua will take on the NSW Country Eagles at 3pm Saturday at Lawaqa Park and you can catch the live commentary on our sister station Viti FM.
