Semifinals for women's competition of Coral Coast 7s confirmed

Defending champion of the Women’s division of the McDonald’s Coral Coast 7s, Striders have sealed a spot in the semifinal this morning.

Striders will take on US Based, Scion Woo in the first semifinal.

Striders defeated Fiji Airports Nadi Blazers 31‑7 with tries coming for Naina Baleca, Vitalini Mirini with Mereani Tabua scoring 2 tries while Limaina Wai.

US based team Scion Woo defeated Hong Kong women 12‑10 in the second quarterfinal.

Fijiana Development side managed to book a spot in the women’s cup semifinal as well beating Stars USA 31‑0 while Marist Seahawks defeated Fiji Airports Nadi Aviators 31‑14 in the last cup quarterfinal of the women’s competition.

Striders will take on Scion Woo in the first Cup semifinal at 1.04pm while Fijiana Development will take on Marist Seahawks at 1.24 this afternoon.

Looking at the women’s plate semifinals, Nadi Blazers will take on the Stars USA at 12.24pm while Hong Kong will take on the Fiji Airports Nadi Aviators at 12.44pm in the second plate semifinal.
