Semi Radradra’s younger brother to play for Somosomo Sharks

Semi Radradra’s younger brother Sitiveni Tikomaitamavua will be playing for the Aisokula Somosomo Sharks 7s team from Taveuni in the 42nd Fiji Bitter Marist 7s next weekend.

Somosomo 7s team President Ratu Jekesoni Yavalanavanua says Tikomaitamavua has similar attributes to Radradra and is hoping to showcase his talent next weekend.

The 21-year-old will be amongst a very young side which comprises of 17 to 22-year-old players.

With an aim to develop and hoping another rising star for the garden island, Yavalanavanua says that most of their senior players have gone to play for the First Light Taveuni and the Cross of Victory 7s team.

This is the first time for the Somosomo Sharks to participate in the Marist 7s and coach Epeli Vakaotia is looking forward to showcasing some of his hidden talents to Fiji.

The 42nd Fiji Bitter Marist 7s will be held next Friday at Saturday at the ANZ Stadium.
