Rampur College and Swami Vivekanada College have very slim chances of qualifying for the Vodafone Fiji Secondary School Soccer Championship quarterfinals to be played later today.
Both teams lost both pool matches yesterday.
Rampur College is currently facing last year’s runners-up Kamil Muslim and Swami Vivekanada College will play Xavier College this morning.
Looking at the results from yesterday afternoon, defending champions Saraswati College and Xavier College were locked nil-all, Kavanagasau defeated Swami Vivekanada College 2-1, Vashist Muni College lost to Sigatoka Methodist 1-0, while Nukuloa College and Nadi Muslim College were locked nil-all.
The last round of pool matches are underway at Ratu Cakobau Park and Saraswati Manoca ground as the quarter finals will begin at 1pm.
Semifinals and final will be played at Ratu Cakobau Park tomorrow.
