Scotland scored three tries to earn a thrilling first victory of 25-13 over England since 2008 and opened up the Six Nations title race at Murrayfield.
It was a second defeat for England in 26 Tests under head coach Eddie Jones which ended their hopes of a second Grand Slam in three years.
After a break next weekend, England will face France in Paris on the 10th of March, while Scotland after their sixth successive home win of 37-27 over Wales, will head to Dublin to tackle Ireland on the same day.
In yesterday’s match France claimed their first win by defeating Italy 34‑17.
