Scotland’s hooker Ross Ford believes Scotland could be in for a great test against the Flying Fijians who have gained momentum from their last two test matches.
Ford who is expected to play his 110th test match for Scotland could also become the most capped Scottish player of all time and will go past Chris Paterson’s record should he make the final team this Saturday.
The 33-year-old is hoping to meet Viliame Mata who he played with at Edinburgh but believes if they let Fiji play without a structure, then there will be trouble.
The other two players who played with most of the Scottish players in the Glasgow Warriors club are Leone Nakarawa and Nikola Matawalu.
Meanwhile South African‑born and Scottish flanker Josh Strauss says with a team like Fiji, if they turn up on the day, they can give anybody a good game.
The Vodafone Flying Fijians will host Scotland at 2.30pm Saturday at the ANZ Stadium and you can catch the live commentary on our sister station Viti FM.
