SJSS U16 and U19 teams qualify for semis of Secondary Schools Hockey tournament

Sangam Sadhu Kuppuswamy Memorial College from Nadi will be up against Levuka Public School, Saint Johns College and Saint Joseph’s Secondary School as all schools are through to both the U16 and U19 girls semifinal of the Tuckers Secondary Schools Hockey Championshio. 

In the U19 girls semifinal defending champions, Saint Joseph’s Secondary School will face Levuka Public School while Sangam Sadhu Kuppuswamy Memorial College will take on Saint Johns College.

In the U16 girls semifinal defending champions, Levuka Public will take on Saint Johns College while Saint Joseph’s Secondary School will face Sangam Sadhu Kuppuswamy Memorial College.

There will be a new U16 boys champion after defending champions, Saint Thomas High School failed to make it to the semifinals.

In the U16 boys semifinals, Tilak High School will take on Marist Brothers High School while Levuka Public School will face Saint Johns College.

Meanwhile in the U19 defending champions Natabua High School will play Tilak High School while Suva Grammar School will take rivals Marist High Brothers School.  

The semifinals will kick off in this hour at the National Hockey Centre.
