SANZAAR will be making a decision on Highlanders winger Tevita Nabura today for his flying kick to NSW Waratahs winger Cameron Clark's face last weekend.
Facing a likely long ban, Nabura has returned to New Zealand and governing body SANZAAR announced yesterday that his hearing has been delayed until today at his request.
The rest of the Highlanders squad have remained in Australia ahead of their Super Rugby clash with the Queensland Reds in Brisbane.
Nabura was sent off early in Saturday night's loss to the Waratahs after leaping to catch a high bomb and raising his leg, with his boot catching opposing winger Clark in the face.
His case will be heard by a SANZAAR foul play review committee but can be taken further if he does not plead guilty or accept any penalty it offers.
The Highlanders will take on the Reds at 9.45pm Saturday.
