Vodafone Fiji 7s coach, Ben Ryan says he wants to make it clear that he is leaving Fiji for a new challenge, not for financial reasons.
Ryan says in Fiji he had completely different players to coach with completely different backgrounds and his management had to be different with all of them.
He says this has improved him as a coach, without a doubt.
Speaking about the celebrations in the west and in Suva, Ryan says the bus ride on Sunday and the whole celebration yesterday made him very emotional because he saw a united Fiji.
Ryan says that he is very lucky that there are many offers for him but he will not make the decision on where he will go, for a while.
He says that some good clubs are offering the 7s players contracts, which he says is not a surprise.
Ryan adds that he will be taking hundreds of memories from Fiji with him which he will cherish forever.
