It may be a dream come true for Fijian striker Roy Krishna to play against the world’s renowned football club Aston Villa next month.
Radio New Zealand has reported that Krishna’s club Wellington Phoenix will face the English Premier League side in group play in the Hong Kong Football Sevens Tournament next month.
Playing for the first time in the competition, the Phoenix will face five time winner Aston Villa in a tough introduction.
Other notable clubs participating this year include current Spanish champion Atletico Madrid, Newcastle and West Ham United, and English Premier League side Stoke City.
The Hong Kong Football Sevens tournament runs from May 29th to 31st at the Hong Kong Football Club.
