The winger opened the scoring in the second minute before the efforts from Ruaridh McConnochie and Jack Walker helped Bath to a 24‑0 lead at half‑time.
Tom Homer touched down after the break as Rokoduguni ran in three more tries of his own.
The game had been postponed twice because of freezing weather conditions.
Bath is sitting in third place in their pool with 6 points while Newcastle Falcons and Exeter Chiefs are at first and second place with 15 points each.
