Former England forward Dean Richards has accused his country of cheating in the 2003 World Cup.
England's winning coach in 2003 Sir Clive Woodward has immediately rejected the suggestion.
Richards, who was not part of the 2003 World Cup squad, was banned for three years in 2009 over a fake blood scandal.
55‑year‑old Richards, who played 48 tests for England, says he had been informed by someone from within the 2003 England squad.
Meanwhile, the 2019 Rugby World Cup will be held from the 20th of September to the 2nd of November.
