The Rewa soccer team thrashed Rakiraki 5-0 in their second match of the Vodafone Fiji Fact at Ratu Cakobau Park this afternoon.
From this win, Rewa has now taken the lead in the points table of Pool B with four points and have a five goal difference.
Iosefo Verevou and Gabiriele Matanisiqa scored two goals each for the Delta Tigers while Samuela Kautoga scored one.
Rewa coach Marika Rodu says he made some positional changes in the match against Rakiraki.
He says the pressure will be on them to win their final pool match against Suva tomorrow.
Rewa will have to win the match against Suva to guarantee them a place in semi-final.
Meanwhile, the defending champion Nadi defeated 10 men Dreketi 3‑1 in their pool match at Ratu Cakobau Park.
Three red cards were shown in this match.
Dreketi goalkeeper Waisake Ravuiwasa was red carded in the 17th minute of the first half after he handled the ball outside the penalty box.
Nadi were reduced to 10 men in the 2nd half after Ilimotama Jese was sent off after getting two yellow cards.
Josefata Dugucagi scored from a free‑kick in the 20th minute of the first half while Rusiate Matarerega scored in the 11th minute of the second half.
William Valentine with his pile driver from outside the Dreketi penalty box made it 3‑0 in the 35th minute of the second half.
Valentine says they played according to their game plan.
He said their midfielder Afraz Ali is a young talented player who makes their work easier.
Nadi was down to nine men after replacement goalkeeper Samuela Tamanisau was shown the red card after dangerous play as Dreketi's Henry Dyer scored from the penalty spot to make it 3‑1 in the 41st minute of the second half.
The match currently underway, Suva is leading Lautoka with a Ravinesh Karan Singh in the opening minute.
In the last match of the day, Labasa will take on Ba at 7pm.
