Rewa holds Labasa in BOG thriller

The last pool matches of the Inkk Mobile BOG at Ratu Cakobau Park today will go down to the wire as teams will try and qualify for the semifinals.

Labasa held Rewa to a nil‑all draw last night.

Labasa and Ba have good chance of qualifying for the semifinals from their pool as they both have 4 points each.

Rewa, with two points will have to beat Nadroga to book a place in the semifinals.

It will be a winner takes all when Labasa takes on Ba as both teams will need to win to advance to the semifinals.

In the other pool, Suva thrashed Tailevu Naitasiri 3‑0 while Lautoka defeated Nadi 2‑1.

Suva and Lautoka both have 4 points each and have good chance of qualifying for the semifinals whereas Nadi will have to beat Tailevui Naitasiri in its final pool match and wait for the result of the Suva vs Lautoka match.

In today’s matches, Tailevu Naitasiri will play Nadi at 11:30am, Rewa will face Nadroga at 1:30pm, Suva will clash with Lautoka at 3:30pm while Labasa is up against Ba at 5:30pm.
