Rewa has defeated Dreketi 3-2 in their last BOG pool match

Defending Champions Rewa has defeated Dreketi 3-2 in their last BOG pool match.

Rewa’s goals were scored by Iosefo Verevou, Sairusi Nalaubu and Taione Kerevanua.

Dreketi has proven to their fans that they are a tough team by giving the 2018 Fiji Fact winners and the reining BOG title holders a tough competition.

Inia Vetaukula and Shamal Lal netted the two goals for Dreketi in the second half.

This win gives Rewa 6 points, which means they have to hope that Nadi beats Suva this afternoon regardless of the scores, to qualify for the semifinals.

Suva needs a win to qualify for the semifinal.

If the match ends in a draw, both Rewa and Nadi will qualify for the semis.

On the other hand Lautoka still has a chance to qualify for the semi final if they defeat Ba.

Suva will play Nadi at 3pm while Lautoka will take on Ba at 5pm today.
