Fiji Born Crusaders debutant Sevuloni Reece was very influential in the Crusaders 57-28 win over the Chiefs in round four of the Super Rugby season.

This is the highest points to be scored by the Crusaders over the Chiefs since 2005.

Braydon Ennor scored the Crusaders first try through an initial attack made by Reece to Ennor who scored in the corner.

Reece added another try to the Crusaders in the 10th minute following an intercept pass from Damian McKenzie.

The Crusaders were leading 33-7 at halftime.

The Chiefs struggled to make a comeback scoring another two tries through Jack Debreczeni and Mitchell Brown but it was too late and they ended the day losing their 4th game in the season.

In other results, the Blues defeated the Sunwolves 28-20, Waratahs defeated the Reds 28-17 while the Lions won 47-39 to the Jaguares and the Bulls defeated the Sharks 37-14

Meanwhile, the Rebels made a remarkable second half comeback to win their Super Rugby match against the Brumbies 29‑26 in Melbourne on Friday night while the Hurricanes snatched a 25‑22 victory over the Highlanders with a last gasp Beauden Barrett penalty.
