The Queensland Reds will be out to make the most of a last chance to impress Wallabies coach Michael Cheika ahead of the Rugby Championship.
They face a Highlanders team which includes recent All Blacks squad members in winger Waisake Naholo, centre Malakai Fekitoa and hooker Liam Coltman.
It has a similar feel to the team which thrilled when beating the British and Irish Lions 23‑22 in the June break.
Highlanders Coach, Tony Brown says the team is looking forward to a strong performance in what could be their last home game.
The Highlanders will host the Reds at 7.35 tonight while the Rebels will host the Jaguares at 9.45pm.
Tomorrow, the Kings will take on the Cheetahs at 5am, the Sunwolves will face the Blues at 3.05pm, the Chiefs will host the Brumbies at 5.15pm, the Hurricanes against the Crusaders while the Western Force will face the Waratahs at 11.55pm.
