All Blacks coach Steve Hansen has insisted Sunday's winner will earn the right to call themselves the best in the world, despite the fact the Kiwis will retain the No.1 spot in the global rankings whatever the result.
No.8 Kieran Read has now racked up 100 Test wins in his 116 caps, the fourth All Black to hit a century of international victories.
But the 33‑year‑old has demanded another step up from the world's top team this weekend.
New Zealand battled past England 16‑15 at Twickenham last weekend as Read grabbed that 100th Test victory.
Read believes New Zealand must not panic if Ireland dominate possession.
He says they have to find their opportunities and discipline's going to be crucial.
The All Blacks will meet Ireland at 8am tomorrow.
These are the other rugby test matches this weekend.
The Flying Fijians meet Uruguay at 2am tomorrow, the Wallabies meet Italy at 3am tomorrow, Wales face Tonga at 3.30am tomorrow, Japan meet England at 3am tomorrow while Scotland face South Africa at 6.20am tomorrow.
France will meet Argentina at 8.45am tomorrow.
