Rawaca to join La Rochelle, released from 7s squad

Vodafone Fiji 7s player Savenaca Rawaca will soon be leaving for France to join French club La Rochelle.

Rawaca confirmed this to Fijivillage earlier today.

Fiji 7s coach Gareth Baber has also confirmed that Rawaca will not be part of the Fiji 7s team to the Wellington and Sydney 7s.

Baber says Rawaca has advised them that he will be leaving for France soon.

Rawaca has been released from the Fiji 7s training squad.

Meanwhile, the Fiji 7s team is pooled with South Africa, Australia and Japan for the Wellington 7s that will be played from the 28th to the 29th of this month.
