Top defender Laisenia Raura may return to Ba in the current player transfer window.

Raura made an interesting move a few months ago where he surprisingly left the Men in Black and joined the Suva soccer team just before the Courts IDC last year.

However, Fijivillage has been reliably informed that Raura is expected to apply for his transfer to move from Suva to Ba.

Also, Nadi soccer team’s key midfielder, William Valentine has applied for his release to join Ba.

This is a surprise move in the player transfer window which closes on the 30th of this month.

Valentine who is a former student of Korovuto College became prominent in 2013 and was an integral figure of the Nadi team that beat Ba 3-1 in the final of the 2013 Vodafone Fiji FACT at Prince Charles Park.

The Nawaka villager is not the only one moving to Ba as Lautoka’s forward, Mohammed Sazil has also applied for his release to join Ba.

Fiji Football Association’s CEO Mohammed Yusuf says Labasa’s  forward, Ratu Anare has made an application to join Suva while Antonio Tuivuna is moving from the Capital City to join Labasa.

In another move, Suva’s Bruce Hughes has applied for his release to join his home district, Rewa.
