Grenoble and Flying Fijians wing Alipate Ratini will miss the rest of the Top 14 season and the Rugby World Cup because of a ruptured Achilles tendon.
The Fijian flyer has been one of the revelations of the season in France, but suffered the injury during Saturday's 42‑33 defeat to Bayonne.
The Grenoble boss confirmed that he was suffering from a ruptured Achilles which will keep him out for a minimum of six months.
That means he'll miss the World Cup with Fiji later this year.
