The Fiji Rugby Union has appointed business executive, Radrodro Tabualevu as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Tabualevu has worked in a diverse range of industries including Agriculture, retail, motor vehicle and heavy machinery, shipping, finance, telecommunication and the building industry in Fiji and recently in the Pacific.
Tabualevu said he feels privileged and excited to take up this role for the FRU and enter the world of local and international rugby. He intends to work towards a winning culture in rugby and beyond.
FRU Chairman Filimoni Waqabaca in approving the selection committees recommendation highlighted that the FRU wanted someone with proved commercial success at CEO level, but with an innovative business outlook and a passion for rugby.
Tabualevu will officially start his work next Friday.
