RKS and Marist win Schools Rugby Zone finals

Defending Coke Zero Deans Lelean Memorial School Under 18 team drew 6 all with Ratu Kadavulevu School in the Eastern Zone final at the Sila School ground this afternoon.

RKS was awarded the win for scoring the first points in the match, after no points were scored by either team in sudden death.

In the other results Queen Victoria Under 15 defeated Ratu Kadavulevu 17-15 while Ratu Kadavulevu School under 19 team beat Lelean Memorial 9-6 at Sila School grounds.

Meanwhile in the Southern Zone final, Marist Brothers High School Under 14, Under 15 and Under 18 teams have all won their grades in the Southern Zones final.

Marist Under 18 beat John Wesley College 10-5, Marist Under 14 defeated Suva Grammar School 7-3 while Marist Under 15 beat Suva Grammar 27-10.

The other results, Marist Under 16 lost to Suva Grammar School by 10-13, while Nasinu Under 17 beat Marist 14 -10.

Marist Brothers High School Under 18 beat John Wesley College 10-5.
