Portugal are aiming to become the fourth nation to win back‑to‑back European Championship and the FIFA World Cup.
West Germany won the Euro 1972 and World Cup 1974, France won the World Cup 1998 and Euro 2000 while Spain won Euro 2008, World Cup 2010 and Euro 2012.
Portugal will face Spain in their first World Cup match at 6am tomorrow.
The two teams have played each other on 35 occasions with Spain winning 16, Portugal winning 6 while 13 matches ended in a draw.
Cristiano Ronaldo, will feature for Portugal in what will be his fourth World Cup while players like Sergio Ramos and David de Gea will feature for Spain.
In other matches tomorrow, Egypt will play Uruguay at 12am, Iran will play Morocco at 3am while Australia will play France at 10pm.
Meanwhile, Russia beat Saudi Arabia 5-0 in the first 2018 FIFA World Cup match.
