Lautoka soccer defender Zibraz Sahib said he is desperate to win a tournament with the Blues.
Sahib, who is a former Natabua High School student, said he has never won a tournament and is urging his teammates to play hard and win the Courts IDC which Lautoka last won in 2008.
Zibraz, who is the son of former Lautoka soccer player Mohammed Hanif Sahib, added Peni Finau and Rusiate Matarerega’s inclusion has brought depth in the team.
Lautoka will play Rewa at 5.30pm this Thursday at the ANZ Stadium in its second pool match of the Courts IDC.
In other matches, Ba will play Nadroga at 1pm, Tailevu/Naitasiri will face Labasa at 3pm while Suva will take on Nadi at 7.30pm.
