The Wales soccer team created history after stunning Belgium 3-1 to force its way to the semifinals of EURO 2016.
Belgium opened the account through Radja Nainggolan with a thunderous 25-yard strike but Wales captain Ashley Williams headed in from a corner to equalise in a breathless first half to take the score 1-1 till the breather.
Wales came back strongly in the second half as Hal Robson-Kanu, a striker without a club, gave them the lead with a divine turn and finish to make it 2-1.
After withstanding late Belgium pressure, Wales sealed victory through a header from substitute Sam Vokes that set up a semi-final against Portugal and a mouth-watering duel between Real Madrid team-mates Gareth Bale and Cristiano Ronaldo.
Wales will miss two of its most influential players’, Ben Davies and Aaron Ramsey in the semifinal after both were booked.
Wales will face Portugal on Thursday at 7am.
The other quarterfinal matches will see Germany clash with Italy tomorrow at 7am while France will face Iceland on Monday.
