There is some good news for Fiji soccer as for the first time all the OFC Champions League matches including the semi-finals and the final will be played in Fiji in April.
Fijian teams have never won this championship but Ba went close in 2007 when the side lost to Waitakere United in the final.
This is a very good opportunity for Ba and Suva to win the championship for Fiji as the semi-finals and final will be played at the ANZ stadium.
The winning team will get a chance to play at the FIFA Club World Cup later this year.
The OFC Champions League will be played from the 11th to the 26th of April at the ANZ Stadium and Govind Park.
Suva will face defending champions Auckland City, Tafea FC of Vanuatu and a top team from the Solomon Islands in the group stages while Ba is grouped with AS Pirae of Tahiti, Gaïtcha of New Caledonia and Lupe Ole Soaga of Samoa.
